Very Stationery products are made to order. Please review product options and your shipping address carefully before placing an order.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging where relevant. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted.

Change of mind

Because products are made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, an incorrect option selected at checkout, or an address entered incorrectly. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order; changes may be unavailable once production starts.

How to get help

Use our contact form with your order number and details. Do not send an item to any address without contacting us first. If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions and the appropriate return destination. Your rights under applicable consumer law are unaffected.
